• Payments must be received before printing.
• Print errors on our end allow for a refund or reprint.
• 3D prints are not affiliated with Texas A&M University.
• All prints are printed in the color options listed on the order form.
• Pickup location: Langford Architecture Building.
• If models have unprintable geometry, we'll ask you to fix the model before printing. Be sure to check the print preview we provide as well.
• Prints under 100g of filament are subject to a flat rate of $3.
• FilamentBros is allowed to contact you through phone or email regarding your order.
• Customer agrees that they have the proper usage rights to the submitted model(s)
• Filament bros is not held responsible for models submitted to be printed through service
• By submitting feedback, you grant us permission to use your responses, in whole or in part, for promotional purposes including testimonials.
• Once the customer approves the quote, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, and FilamentBros is not held responsible for any errors or issues with the print.
